About Us.
Dubai Quality Group is a non-profit organization set up by the Dubai Economy under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum. Guided by the vision of H. H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Dubai Quality Group was established in 1994 to develop and promote Excellence in UAE.
Dubai Quality Group organizes various training programs, conferences & awards throughout the year with the objective of improving Quality of Service & Business Excellence in the Region.
The group extends membership opportunities to organizations, in exchange of various benefits.
Through its associations with international bodies such as the EFQM, ASQ, Ideas UK, Ideas America, DIB Germany, GBN and INCORTA, the group brings international knowledge and best practices to the local business community.
DQG is committed to be center of Knowledge sharing for all topics relating to Innovation and Excellence.

Where excellence began.
Established in February 1994
Inspired by the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, quality professionals came together to advance quality and excellence in Dubai.
Their proposal to HE Mohammed Al Abbar, then Director General of the Department of Economic Development, led to the formation of Dubai Quality Group in February 1994.

Dubai Quality Group has been set up as a non-profit organization with the main objective of providing a platform for the exchange of knowledge among the business community. Through its programmes of events, workshops, seminars, conferences etc., it provides organizations with the opportunity to align their management techniques with worldwide Best Practices.
Since its inception, the Group has been of benefit to organizations of all sizes from all sectors of the economy; and the public sector, remaining at the forefront in supporting the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of UAE and UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in transforming Dubai as a model of excellence and innovation.

Chairman's Message.
To keep Dubai Quality Group committed towards leading quality, excellence, and innovation in the Region, and in line with the “50-year Development Plan” of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the U.A.E., Ruler of Dubai, we have planned a new strategic direction to leverage technology by transferring Dubai Quality Group to a digital platform, which will help us to reach broader markets.
We have now leveraged our offerings to our stakeholders by moving forward with new digital reforms that focus on innovation and support the modernization of business processes.
We are enthusiastic about creating and sustaining a culture of excellence by providing our members with the best experience in our services, catering to their needs and current business developments.
To build future resilience and innovation capacity among the organizations, Dubai Quality Group organizes virtual international and local awards, conferences, certified trainings, workshops, webinars, benchmarking and consulting services to our stakeholders. Further, we have established new subgroups to provide our members with a platform for exchanging thoughts, ideas and expertise in specific areas towards competitive excellence.
