NON-SOLICITATION CLAUSE — Dubai Quality Group is committed to ethical business practices. All clients, partners and affiliates engaging with DQG through any services such as consulting, training, awards and assessments are prohibited from soliciting any DQG employee, consultant, trainer, assessor or representative for permanent employment or on a project basis without prior written approval from DQG’s management. This obligation lasts for the duration of any engagement and for 24 months after its conclusion. Any breach may result in appropriate legal action under the law of the Emirate of Dubai.
